This trail does not get very much maintenance and may be a bit overgrown, but has a large parking lot with toilets. There is a tree at the Granite Creek crossing that was converted to a bridge. The trail climbs through the forest to an open rock field. It reenters the forest before reaching views at an open meadow near Mebee Pass.

Get there: From I-5 take Highway 20 east past Marblemount, find the trailhead just beyond the Canyon Creek Trailhead. It is also on the left and has a restroom at the trailhead.
